Our group therapy sessions provide connection, shared learning, and skill-building in a structured, supportive environment. Groups focus on topics such as emotional regulation, social skills, coping strategies, and building confidence within a community of peers.
What to expect: Collaborative sessions focusing on topics such as emotional regulation, social skills, and coping strategies.
The goal: To build confidence and foster a sense of belonging within a community of understanding peers.
Important note: You must have done our Mental Health Assessment first to be elgible to signup for this service.
